Verifique quem pode realizar o desbloqueio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se <strong>voc\u00ea \u00e9 o usu\u00e1rio bloqueado<\/strong>, o primeiro passo \u00e9 identificar <strong>quem dentro da sua equipe tem permiss\u00e3o<\/strong> para fazer o desbloqueio.<br>Agora, se <strong>voc\u00ea possui acesso administrativo<\/strong>, siga para o pr\u00f3ximo passo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Redefina o MFA ou a senha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na tela de edi\u00e7\u00e3o, v\u00e1 at\u00e9 a se\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>Permiss\u00f5es Adicionais<\/strong>. Voc\u00ea ver\u00e1 duas a\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Redefinir MFA<\/strong> \u2192 zera o autenticador de dois fatores.<br>Na pr\u00f3xima vez que o usu\u00e1rio fizer login, o sistema vai gerar um <strong>novo QR Code<\/strong> para configura\u00e7\u00e3o no app de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Redefinir senha<\/strong> \u2192 gera um link para o colaborador criar uma nova senha e <strong>desbloquear o acesso<\/strong>. N\u00e3o encontrou o usu\u00e1rio?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se o usu\u00e1rio n\u00e3o aparecer na listagem, isso pode estar relacionado ao <strong>n\u00edvel de acesso<\/strong> do seu perfil no sistema.<br>A visibilidade segue uma estrutura hier\u00e1rquica, como um organograma. Exemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Diretor\n \u251c\u2500\u2500 Gerente\n \u2502     \u251c\u2500\u2500 Coordenador\n \u2502     \u2502     \u251c\u2500\u2500 Analista\n \u2502     \u2502     \u2514\u2500\u2500 Assistente\n<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O <strong>Diretor<\/strong> v\u00ea todos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O <strong>Gerente<\/strong> v\u00ea os n\u00edveis abaixo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O <strong>Analista<\/strong> v\u00ea apenas seu pr\u00f3prio n\u00edvel e inferiores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Em resumo\u200b:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cada usu\u00e1rio v\u00ea apenas o que est\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>no mesmo degrau ou abaixo<\/strong>&nbsp;da sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o no organograma, garantindo seguran\u00e7a e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
