{"id":3119,"date":"2025-08-25T09:29:46","date_gmt":"2025-08-25T12:29:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.facilita.uappi.com.br\/status-dos-pedidos-como-gerenciar\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T15:02:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T18:02:13","slug":"status-dos-pedidos-como-gerenciar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.uappi.com.br\/en\/status-dos-pedidos-como-gerenciar\/","title":{"rendered":"Status dos pedidos: como gerenciar?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Os <strong>status dos pedidos<\/strong> identificam cada etapa do processo dentro do e-commerce.<br>Existem <strong>seis status padr\u00e3o<\/strong> que n\u00e3o podem ser alterados, mas voc\u00ea pode <strong>adicionar status intermedi\u00e1rios<\/strong> conforme a necessidade da sua loja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de organizar o fluxo, os status tamb\u00e9m ajudam a identificar e acompanhar pedidos atrasados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continue lendo para entender como funcionam os status no painel da Uappi!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acessando os status<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e1 at\u00e9 o menu <strong><em>Pedidos &gt; Status<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecione um status existente pela listagem ou clique no \u00edcone correspondente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ao editar, lembre-se de clicar em <strong>Enviar<\/strong> para salvar as altera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>No detalhe de um status, o primeiro bloco exibe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00famero do pedido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nome do cliente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Assim, voc\u00ea confirma se est\u00e1 editando o pedido correto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Status geral<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqui voc\u00ea pode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alterar o status do pedido;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adicionar e selecionar status intermedi\u00e1rios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> status intermedi\u00e1rios s\u00e3o usados apenas como <strong>controle interno<\/strong> e n\u00e3o aparecem na \u00e1rea restrita do cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>status padr\u00e3o da Uappi<\/strong> s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aguardando pagamento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pago<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faturado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enviado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrega realizada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancelado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com o cliente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9 poss\u00edvel enviar <strong>SMS<\/strong> (se integrado) e <strong>e-mails autom\u00e1ticos<\/strong> ao alterar o status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caso n\u00e3o queira disparar mensagens, basta marcar como <strong>Inativo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Observa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Campo destinado a registrar informa\u00e7\u00f5es internas sobre a altera\u00e7\u00e3o de status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As observa\u00e7\u00f5es ficam dispon\u00edveis em <strong>Atividades Recentes<\/strong>, mas <strong>n\u00e3o s\u00e3o enviadas ao cliente<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Atividades recentes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas as altera\u00e7\u00f5es de status ficam registradas com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hist\u00f3rico das mudan\u00e7as<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Observa\u00e7\u00f5es adicionadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usu\u00e1rio respons\u00e1vel (manual ou autom\u00e1tico pelo sistema)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criando um novo status<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acesse <strong>Pedidos &gt; Status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clique em <strong>Novo status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preencha as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clique em <strong>Enviar<\/strong> para salvar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Importante:<\/strong> ao criar um status, \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio definir um <strong>status pai<\/strong> e a <strong>ordem<\/strong> em que ele deve aparecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Informa\u00e7\u00f5es de cada status<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00cdcone:<\/strong> herdado do status base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ordem:<\/strong> define a sequ\u00eancia de exibi\u00e7\u00e3o, do menor para o maior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nome:<\/strong> t\u00edtulo dado ao status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prazo:<\/strong> tempo limite para o pedido permanecer nesse status. Se ultrapassado, ele ser\u00e1 contabilizado como pedido atrasado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configurando o prazo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para alterar o prazo de um cria\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a entrega ou cancelamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eles ajudam voc\u00ea a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>acompanhar o andamento dos pedidos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>organizar o fluxo operacional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identificar poss\u00edveis atrasos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A Uappi possui <strong>6 status padr\u00e3o<\/strong>, que fazem plataforma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os principais status s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aguardando pagamento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pago<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedido faturado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedido enviado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrega realizada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedido cancelado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esses status fazem parte do fluxo principal e n\u00e3o podem ser status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No painel, voc\u00ea ver\u00e1 uma coluna chamada <strong>Ordem<\/strong>, com n\u00fameros como 1, 2, 3\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Esse n\u00famero <strong>n\u00e3o \u00e9 o identificador do status<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele serve apenas para <strong>definir a ordem de exibi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> dos status no sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure pedidos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Os IDs padr\u00e3o s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aguardando pagamento \u2192 <strong>ID 1<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pago \u2192 <strong>ID 3<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedido faturado \u2192 <strong>ID 6<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedido enviado \u2192 <strong>ID 7<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrega realizada \u2192 <strong>ID
